Lead Yourself First™: Wellness at Work Workshop
Lead Yourself First: A Wellness at Work Workshop
For School Districts & Education Leaders
Support Doesn't Have to Wait Until After Work.
A workshop for education leaders and their teams — built around a simple question: what if well-being wasn't something you recovered after the workday, but something you sustained during it?

The Problem
Educators and school leaders are asked to teach, mentor, manage, adapt, and inspire, often with limited time to recover before doing it all again the next day and sometimes in the next class. Traditional wellness programs address life outside work. This workshop addresses something different: the everyday practices, awareness, and boundaries that help people sustain their capacity while they're in it.
About the Workshop
Lead Yourself First : A Wellness at Work Workshop is a practical, interactive session designed for school leaders, administrators, and staff. Drawing on executive coaching, organizational leadership, and research on stress and performance, the workshop helps participants:
-
Recognize early signs of depletion — before burnout sets in
-
Build small, sustainable boundaries that fit inside a real school-day schedule
-
Strengthen self-awareness around energy and capacity
-
Walk away with practical tools, not just concepts
This isn't a lecture on self-care. It's a working session grounded in real leadership experience and built specifically for the pace of a school environment.
Who It's For
-
District and school administrators
-
Building leadership teams
-
Staff professional development days
-
Anyone in a role responsible for supporting others
How It Works
-
A brief conversation first. Every district is different so, before proposing anything, I want to hear what your leaders and staff are actually experiencing.
-
A tailored session. Workshops are shaped around your team's real challenges, not a one-size-fits-all script.
-
Practical takeaways. Participants leave with tools they can use immediately, not just ideas to think about later.
