"If you were to ask anyone that knows me well, they would tell you that I have known my whole life that I would write a book someday. Unfortunately, as it often does, life happens and “someday” doesn’t. That was what had happened to my dream of writing a book. Until Audrey called me and asked if I would be willing to help her with one of her professional coaching exercises. To be perfectly honest, I came to the session thinking that I was just helping out my friend. I would never have guessed that what would ensue would be nothing short of miraculous! We used the topic of my book that had never been written and by the end of our conversation, I realized that the time to write the book was now! I remember Audrey asking, “What is the worst that can happen if you do this?” And I suddenly realized that there was nothing holding me back, except me. Being people of faith, Audrey and I came away from this encounter with the certainty that we had both been part of something greater than ourselves and that God had used it to guide me to begin this next exciting chapter.
That was November 09, 2017. I have since finished the draft manuscript of my book: Let Nothing Deter Me, A Devotional Journey from Darkness to Light. I currently am in process of getting it published. My coaching session with Audrey kickstarted one of the most amazing spiritual journeys of my life. Two years ago, I couldn’t have imagined that I would finally be writing my book. Now, I can’t imagine having spent this time any other way. In the words of Mark Twain, from a quote I saw shortly before I met with Audrey: “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.”
Audrey, thank you for letting our Lord guide you to invite me to that session. I will always be grateful for how you were willing to let Him use your coaching skills to bring my dream of writing a book from “someday” to now!

"Let me first say that as a professional coach for a decade, never have I encountered a coach as savvy as you. I’ve been around some greats and none were able to tap into my sacred space with trust. Ever since our session, trust has come up in my relationships, my work and within myself. You highlighted my need and wound with love and care. I’m grateful for our session as it has helped me to articulate my needs more with boldness. I always say that true coaches are anointed and really can’t teach what they know; they are what they know. You are a gifted coach who will change the lives of many. The world needs you.
Be Amazing,"

"When I first first worked with Audrey, I was struggling with putting myself out there and being vulnerable through my website and a very personal book that I have been wanting to write for the past 15 years. The space Audrey provided for me and encouragement and enlightening approach was crucial for my journey to where I am today in developing my own courage to go forward and face the exposure of living authentically in my value to make a difference in the world.
Thank you Audrey!"

"There was a time when I was struggling with finding direction, purpose, and motivation in my life. During that challenging period, you were there to guide me, offering support and encouragement. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found you and had the opportunity to participate in three coaching sessions.
By the end of our sessions, I had gained valuable insights into the importance of control, acceptance, and knowing when to ask for help. While the journey ahead is not easy, I now have the confidence to believe that with consistent practice, I can shift my mindset and make positive changes in my life. I am more hopeful, happier, and better equipped to manage stress.
Thank you for your invaluable support—it's made all the difference."

"I discovered Audrey online in early 2021. I had been researching iPEC coaching programs and
coaches in my area and saw her profile where she offered a free half hour session. We had our
first meeting in March of that year. I quickly discovered that she is a gifted, witty, wise and
compassionate coach with a great deal of insight and discernment.
There were a lot of things going on in my life and multiple distractions, including a major move
from a twenty plus year residency as well as family/life challenges. I was overwhelmed and
having difficulty finding balance and remaining positive while fighting to finish a memoir I had
been working on for ten years.
Audrey helped keep me focused and held me accountable by getting me to concentrate on
completing small goals with emphasis on tapping deeper into my faith and redirecting my
thoughts. As a result, I was able to finish my memoir.
Her weekly check-ins shifted me into my own self- accountability which eventually enabled me
to reach my goals in the areas in which I was struggling. Her constant reminder that “God is still
in control” is something that I continue to defer to when life becomes overwhelming.
Coaching is not just what Audrey does, it is who she is.
I have grown so much over the years from our sessions. And am a better person for knowing her."
