I travel to your home, office, hospital, senior living community, or mutually agreed-upon location to notarize eligible documents. Examples include:

Remote Online Notary Services

I provide notarial services via online.  Documents are provided and signed via a secured platform.

As a Signing Agent, my role is to facilitate the signing process and ensure documents are executed properly. I do not provide legal or financial advice.

Pricing

Notarial act fees are set by Pennsylvania state law (4 Pa. Code § 167.3):

• Acknowledgment (first signature): $5.00

• Each additional signature, same certificate: $2.00

• Administering an oath or affirmation: $5.00

• Jurat/Affidavit (verification on oath): $5.00

• Witnessing or attesting a signature: $5.00

• Certifying or attesting a copy: $5.00

• Electronic or Remote Notarization (RON) surcharge: additional $20.00 per act

 

Additional fees apply for travel, document handling, and platform/technology costs, and vary by service type and location. Contact me for a quote tailored to your needs.
