The CARE Framework™
A guide to sustainability self-care and empowered living

You’re wired to care for everyone else — but what happens when that care leaves you drained, overlooked, or overwhelmed?
The CARE Framework™ is a practical, heart-centered approach to help you reclaim your time, protect your energy, and build a more sustainable rhythm of care — starting with you.

Designed for high-achieving women, overdoers, and those
struggling to put themselves on their own agenda, this framework helps you shift from burnout to balance using four key pillars:

• Create Boundaries – Protect your time, energy, and peace with clarity and consistency.
• Ask for Help – Practice empowered vulnerability by recognizing your limits and naming what you need.
• Replenish Yourself – Prioritize restoration and build rhythms of care that nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
• Expand Energy Awareness – Notice what fuels you and what drains you — and make choices that honor your capacity.
The CARE Framework™ doesn’t ask you to do more. It helps you do different — so you can live and lead from a place of wholeness instead of depletion.

Create Boundaries - Healthy boundaries protect your time, energy and well-being
-
Awareness: Identify your needs and your limitations.
-
Clarity: Be clear with your needs – the more clear and concise you are with your boundaries, the easier it is for others to respect them.
-
Consistency – Stick to your guns and do not waver so that you can be respected.
Ask for help – Asking for support is a strength, not a weakness
-
Acceptance: Acknowledge that you can’t (and shouldn’t) do it all alone.
-
Clarity: Be clear and specific about what support you need.
-
Confidence: Communication with confidence – stand in what you need.
Replenish yourself – Restoration is not optional: it’s essential
-
Honesty: Admit when you’re depleted and need a break.
-
Intention: Build self-care into your daily rhythm on purpose.
-
Compassion: Treat yourself with the same grace you offer to others.
Expand energy awareness – Know where your energy is going and why it matters
-
Awareness: Tune into your energy patterns and of the energy of those around you.
-
Balance: Evaluate the flow of your energy (inputs and outputs) – what drains you vs. what fuels you.
-
Cultivation: Develop habits and boundaries that preserve and protect your energy.
